Translating preclinical data into clinical decisions with Digital Twins

iMouse GmbH is a Berlin-based preclinical research technology company founded in 2025, with solution development starting in 2021, focused on building an AI ecosystem for objective, reproducible, and scalable in-vivo research. At its core, iMouse develops a AI-driven data ecosystem that transforms continuous home-cage observations into traceable, behavioural and health biomarkers. The platform is designed to generate standardized, longitudinal datasets that serve as the foundation for digital biomarkers and in-vivo digital twins. The ecosystem combines retrofit hardware (DigiFrame incl. autofocus cameras) as data acquisition nodes, iMouseHub as the orchestration and integration layer, and iMouseBrain as the AI model and analytics layer. Together, they enable seamless integration into existing laboratory IT infrastructures, interoperability with established lab systems, and customer-controlled data ownership and governance.
